A Note From City Hall:

*The ambulance tax on your county tax bill has not yet been approved. We ask that you please consider continuing to pay the ambulance membership on your water/gas bill until you speak with someone from the Judge Executive office (270-236-2594) or KenTenn EMS (270-208-1000) about how the tax and membership will work going forward. *

Starting 10/1/25 the ambulance membership service will automatically be included on NEW accounts. If you choose to opt out, you must sign a refusal form. We will not remove the service until the form is complete.

Also, you will not be able to remove the membership fee on the current month that has already been billed. If you would like it to be removed, you will need to pay the current month due and sign a refusal form. The membership will then be removed from the next month bill and future bills until you would like to add it back or the account is closed.

Please feel free to contact us at 270-236-2535 to check the status of your ambulance membership on your utility bill. If you do not have a utility bill with us, please contact KenTenn EMS at 270-208-1000.
